Une for\u00eat courante et tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able pour un dimanche matin d’hiver. Une m\u00e9t\u00e9o fraiche pour ceux qui partaient \u00e0 9h30, mais comme nous avions tous des d\u00e9parts assez tardifs, nous avons profiter d’une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation de temp\u00e9rature (2 \u00e0 3\u00b0 pas plus) et surtout d’un peu plus de luminosit\u00e9 (disparition du brouillard).<\/p>\n

Au final, 7 qualifi\u00e9s Leila, Aur\u00e9lie, Isabelle, Yannick P, David, Jo\u00ebl et Jean Paul. BRAVO<\/p>\n

Pour tous les autres ce sera 3 tours de for\u00eat suppl\u00e9mentaires lors du prochain entrainement, et m\u00eame 4 pour Yannick B. qui a couru sans sa tenue CapOnord.<\/p>\n
