{"id":1406,"date":"2018-06-05T21:31:28","date_gmt":"2018-06-05T19:31:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/caponord-sports-orientation.fr\/wordpress\/index.php\/2018\/06\/05\/co-citadelle-de-lille-2018\/"},"modified":"2018-06-05T21:31:28","modified_gmt":"2018-06-05T19:31:28","slug":"co-citadelle-de-lille-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/caponord-sports-orientation.fr\/index.php\/2018\/06\/05\/co-citadelle-de-lille-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"CO Citadelle de Lille 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il en fallait bien plus pour d\u00e9courager les membres de CapOnord qui \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents en nombre pour ce d\u00e9placement \u00e0 la Capitale des Flandres.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est finalement sous un grand soleil et une chaleur \u00ab\u00a0de plomb\u00a0\u00bb que se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s ces 2 sprints dans les secteurs Ouest et Est de la Citadelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les 19 (rien que \u00e7a\u00a0!) repr\u00e9sentants de CapOnord, ont donc pu profiter de parcours sympathiques entre bords de De\u00fble, bois de Boulogne et fortifications.
