Pour apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9valuer une distance, on \u00e9talonne son nombre de double-pas sur 10 m\u00e8tres puis on trouve le plot pos\u00e9 \u00e0 10, \u2026 , 80 m. La course en 8 en opposition permet de courir et g\u00e9rer une confrontation.<\/p>\n

Un petit parcours pour terminer et les enfants apprennent \u00e0 ranger une balise<\/p>\n
