Pour prendre une licence FFCO \u00e0 Caponord, il faut nous fournir les documents suivants, d\u00fbment compl\u00e9t\u00e9s et sign\u00e9s<\/strong> + r\u00e8glement financier : Bulletin d’adh\u00e9sion<\/strong> (+ Certificat m\u00e9dical + autorisation parentale, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant).
\nVous pouvez payer par ch\u00e8que ou virement ou ch\u00e8ques vacances ou Pass’Sport.

Pour tous : Bulletin d’adh\u00e9sion<\/a> apr\u00e8s avoir lu les 10 r\u00e8gles d’Or<\/a><\/p>\n

Pour les mineurs : Questionnaire sant\u00e9<\/a> (mineur)<\/span> + Attestation type<\/a> [pour une participation ponctuelle]<\/p>\n
