Nous nous sommes ensuite lanc\u00e9s dans deux s\u00e9ries de 8 fois 200 m \u00e0 100 % VMA suivi de 200 m de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active (trotting l\u00e9ger) puis 600 m de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active entre les deux s\u00e9ries. Apr\u00e8s cet exercice \u00e9prouvant, nous avons effectu\u00e9 un trotting de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration qui a port\u00e9 la distance totale de notre s\u00e9ance \u00e0 un peu plus de 10 km.
